The unique natural beauty of our land establishes the foundation for the design philosophy used throughout Clear Creek Tahoe. We feel a strong sense of obligation to tread lightly and carefully on this magnificent property. Our entire team shares this view and we have attempted to execute a land plan with a deep regard for responsible stewardship. We have also attempted to incorporate the latest in sustainable green building methods resulting in environments that are both aesthetically pleasing and smart.

We are fortunate to be working with some of the most respected architects and designers in the world. Hart/Howerton is handling the master planning, architecture, design guidelines and landscape design for the entire project. Coore & Crenshaw, who typically limit their work to two or three courses per year, have designed and are overseeing the construction of our golf course. ARUP, a global leader in sustainable development, is helping us ensure that the project sits gently on our land. Otis Bay Ecological Consultants, chosen for their expertise in Sierra Nevada ecology, is responsible for our stream enhancements and fisheries management plan.

There will be over 845 acres of permanent open space for present and future generations to enjoy.
