You will be struck by our majestic trees which offer privacy and, at the same time, panoramic views of the Sierras and the picturesque Carson Valley. You will know how special Clear Creek Tahoe is as you take your first steps onto the soft, pine-straw-covered earth and listen to the gentle sound of the wind in the tree canopy.
Members at Clear Creek Tahoe can take full advantage of everything the Lake Tahoe area has to offer. As one of the West’s finest outdoor playgrounds, with over 320 days of sunshine each year, it offers many choices every day. Photographs can only begin to do justice to the natural landscape and the spectacular vistas of the mountains and valleys.
Clear Creek Tahoe is comprised of three distinctive elements. The centerpiece will be our residential community that features a Coore & Crenshaw golf course. The second element is our lake house, offering private Lake Tahoe beach frontage that’s within walking distance to the Heavenly Mountain Resort Gondola and the casinos of South Lake Tahoe. The final element is our West Walker River Fly Fishing Ranch featuring blue-ribbon trout fishing on our own three-mile stretch
of this highly productive tailwater fishery.
